The Opinion That Matters

"Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept."

Proverbs 29:25

"Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom..." [Proverbs 9:10]...and fear of man is the end of it.

It does not matter what those around me think about me. The only opinion that matters is His.  He does not want me in a futile search for the approval of others. He calls me to place my identity in Him, not anyone or anything else.
